Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to the countries enabled in the shop. The delivery area is being extended step by step. If your country cannot be selected, delivery there is currently not possible.
Shipping costs
Austria: €12 per order · Germany: €24 per order · other EU countries: €30 per order · Collection in Donnerskirchen: free of charge. The shipping costs are shown again during checkout before you complete your order. All prices for goods include statutory VAT, plus the shipping costs shown.
Collection
As an alternative to delivery, you can collect your order free of charge from our registered office by appointment: MINEOMAT GmbH, Seeblick 1, 7082 Donnerskirchen. To do so, choose the option “Collection by appointment” during checkout. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Delivery time
Unless stated otherwise for the respective product, goods are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Stated delivery times are non-binding estimates unless they are expressly designated as binding.
Deliveries to third countries and special EU territories
We currently deliver to Austria, Germany and all other EU member states; the following rules apply as soon as further countries are enabled. Deliveries to third countries (e.g. Switzerland) and to special EU territories (e.g. the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) are export deliveries. Import duties, import VAT and customs fees may apply (e.g. import VAT in Switzerland, IGIC in the Canary Islands). These are to be borne by the customer as the importer, unless a duty-paid delivery (DDP) is expressly stated during checkout. The documents required for customs clearance (commercial invoice, value of goods, customs tariff number, origin) are enclosed with the shipment.

Terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. The goods remain the property of MINEOMAT GmbH until paid in full (retention of title). In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions apply.
